Where is the gala being held?

 The gala will be held at the Carahsoft Conference & Collaboration Center in Reston, Virginia.

What is the dress code?

 Evening or Cocktail attire.

Who will be speaking?

This year’s program will feature an intimate “In Conversation With” discussion featuring Greg Andrews, former SEAL Team Six member and founder of a TBI treatment clinic, interviewed by George Dutile.

THow do I purchase tickets or become a sponsor?

 Individual tickets and sponsorships should be purchased through the Epizelus website. The website includes current sponsorship opportunities, benefits, event information and secure online payment.

What does my sponsorship include?

 Benefits vary by sponsorship level and may include event tickets, hotel accommodations, recognition at the event, website and social media recognition, and placement on event signage. Please refer to the sponsorship information on the Epizelus website for the benefits included with your specific level.

How do I submit the names of my guests?

 Sponsors and table purchasers will receive a guest-information form to provide the names of attendees associated with their sponsorship or table.

Please submit guest information by the requested deadline so we can finalize seating and event materials.

Where does the money raised from the gala go?

Proceeds support the mission of Epizelus and our work assisting veterans in accessing care and services.

Can I request additional hotel nights or rooms?

 Any complimentary hotel accommodations are limited to those specifically included with the applicable sponsorship level.

Guests who would like additional rooms or additional nights beyond their sponsorship benefits are responsible for those accommodations unless otherwise arranged in advance with Epizelus.

Will food and drinks be served at the gala?

 Yes. Food and beverages will be available during the event. Appetizers, three course dinner and an open bar will be provided by The Palm.
